Do I have to download any software to use the online appointment scheduling software?

No, you do not have to download anything to use the system. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection.

Does the online pet appointment scheduling software system work with my existing web site?

No, the online appointment scheduling software is a stand-alone web product. Your existing web site is for marketing you, to your customers, Petschedule.com is only available to you for making appointments and tracking your sales.

Is my online data secured?

Yes. We have a numerous safeguards in place to ensure your data is private and secured.
We have every client read and approve our privacy policy. We do not, and will not sell or share any client personal information.

Can I call if I have questions about the online pet appointment scheduling software?

Are there any limitations in the free version of your online pet appointment scheduling software?

If you decide to continue using the system and would like to have additional features enabled, you can always upgrade to a paid membership. You will just continue using the same account and all your data will still be there.
